Iaan and I spoke about systems and processes on KIKI TV the other night (if you missed the episode, check it out here). The people that know me, know I'm a bit of a neat freak! I can't operate in a mess and to be honest it drives me mad! A few years I made myself a visual workflow system and it works like a bom!
